Call for Case Studies: Conserving Modern Architecture
The Getty Conservation Institute (GCI) is pleased to announce a new publication series featuring cases studies that demonstrate practical solutions to typical material conservation issues affecting modern architecture.

The GCI is pleased to announce a new publication series featuring case studies addressing a range of material and conservation challenges specific to modern heritage. Aimed at architects, there engineers, conservators, students, asset managers, owners, and contractors working in this area of conservation, each volume will focus on a specific building material.
The first volume in the series will be focused on concrete conservation.
The GCI is interested in receiving potential case studies for publication that exemplify sound practice and cover a range of typical challenges facing concrete buildings from around the world.
Deadline for proposals is 15 December 2014.
