Naar jaarlijkse gewoonte nodigen we onze leden van harte uit op de algemene vergadering. Dit jaar organiseren we de AV in de voormiddag, om in de namiddag alle tijd te hebben voor een rijkgeschakeerde studienamiddag rond de herwaardering van kerkgebouwen, met o.a. een begeleid bezoek, lezingen en een filmvertoning aan, in en rond de Sint-Anna-Ten-Drieënkerk op Antwerpen Linkeroever.

Op de agenda van de AV staat o.a. het gebruikelijke activiteitenverslag, de financiële stand van zaken, de hernieuwing van de samenstelling van de kerngroep en de meerderheid van de bestuursleden en een rationalisering van de huidige juridische structuur tot één vereniging.

Alvorens naar de Sint-Anna-Ten-Drieënkerk op Linkeroever te trekken (met de tram) bieden we een broodjesmaaltijd aan.

Comme chaque année, nous invitons cordialement nos membres à l’assemblée générale. Cette année, nous organisons l’AG le matin, de sorte qu’il y aura suffisamment de temps pour un après-midi d’étude sur la revalorisation des bâtiments ecclésiastiques, comprenant une visite guidée, des conférences et une projection de film dans et autour de la Sint-Anna-Ten-Drieënkerk sur la Rive Gauche d’Anvers.

L’ordre du jour de l’AG comprendra le rapport d’activité, l’état des finances, le renouvellement de la composition du comité de base et de la majorité des membres de l’organe d’administration ainsi que la rationalisation de la structure juridique actuelle en une seule association.

Avant de se rendre à l’église Sint-Anna-Ten-Drieën sur la rive gauche (en tram), nous proposerons un repas sandwich.

As is customary each year, we cordially invite our members to attend the general meeting. This year, we are organising the GA in the morning, so that we have plenty of time in the afternoon for a varied study afternoon on the revaluation of church buildings, including a guided tour, lectures and a film screening at, in and around St. Anne-Ten-Drieën Church on Antwerp’s Left Bank.

The GA’s agenda includes the activity report, the financial situation, the renewal of the core group and the majority of the board members, and a rationalisation of the current legal structure into a single association.

Before heading to the Sint-Anna-Ten-Drieënkerk on Linkeroever (by tram), we will be offering a sandwich lunch.
