4th Brussels Biennale of Modern Architecture: Reliving Modern isms

In October 2020, the fourth Brussels Biennale of Modern Architecture opens the doors of some remarkable buildings from the period 1918-1972: houses, churches and office buildings. Interior tours, film screenings and a debate offer you insights into our modernist heritage.

Saturday 17, 24, 31 October houses and other buildings will open their doors with guided tours in English, French and Dutch. Access to the buildings and houses is only possible after registrationA visit to homes and offices takes about 60 minutes, and to churches about 45 minutes.
Entrance fee per guided tour: 15 euro (houses) / 7,5 euro (other buildings) and 10 euro (houses) / 2,5 euro (other buildings (-26 years old). Each visitor will also receive the publication of the biennale.

Tuesday 20 October: Debate: Habiter le moderne?
Tuesday/Thursday 15, 22, 27, 29 October: Films  (+ guided tour in CIVA archives on October 15 and 27)
For free, but registration is necessary.

The Brussels Biennale of Modern Architecture 2020 is organised by Korei in collaboration with Arkadia, Docomomo Belgium, the Faculté d’Architecture La Cambre-Horta and CIVA.
